BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a homicide they say happened Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the 1000 block of Hyacinth Drive just before 9 p.m. to investigate after a homeowner heard a noise in his yard.
