HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A missing Harrisburg man may be at “special risk of injury,” and the police are trying to track him down.
Early Wednesday, 60-year-old Johnny Ortiz left his home on the 3100 block of North Sixth Street and has yet to return, according to Harrisburg police.
