1 injured, multiple rescued from burning Harrisburg duplex after ‘smoking accident’

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Multiple people were rescued from an overnight duplex fire in Harrisburg.

Officials said the fire started just after 10 p.m. Tuesday at the 1700 block of State Street, where flames were seen burning outside the home.

At the scene, officials learned that at least one person was trapped in the attached home, and rescue efforts began…
