BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Police have arrested a man in Birmingham after they say he used his vehicle to hit a pedestrian.
The Birmingham Police Department arrested 41-year-old William Burt of Birmingham on first-degree assault charges.
The incident happened in the 4900 block of Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. on April 21, 2026.
