New cooking class schedule announced for Mobile and Fairhope teaching kitchens

The USA Health Integrative Health and Wellness Program is offering summer cooking classes focused on plant-forward nutrition and healthy eating habits.

The USA Health Integrative Health and Wellness Program is continuing its popular hands-on cooking classes this summer with sessions focused on plant-forward cooking and nutrition education. This season’s lineup includes classes centered on proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, summer dishes, and introductory plant-forward cooking concepts.

Multiple sessions will be offered at the teaching kitchens located at the Mapp Family Campus in Fairhope and University Commons in Mobile throughout May, June and July.
