SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A New York man has been sentenced to federal prison for several crimes involving bank fraud and identity theft.
According to court records, David Hill, 55, was sentenced to 54 months in federal prison for:
- Conspiracy to commit bank fraud (30 months)
- Illegal monetary transactions (30 months)
- Aggravated identity theft (24 months)
The bank fraud and illegal monetary charges are to be served concurrently, while the aggravated identity theft will be served consecutively, adding up to 54 months of prison time.
