During their May 12 meeting, the Allen Township Board of Supervisors rejected a request from developers of the Willowbrook Farms residential project seeking to close West Bullshead Road for six weeks this summer.
Developers said the closure would cut construction time in half, but supervisors worried that the convenience for the developers would be at the inconvenience of residents.
