A 46-year-old Slate Belt man is accused of shattering a front door and throwing furniture where a child slept.
Nicholas R. Sutton of Wind Gap is charged with two counts felony aggravated assault; one count misdemeanor child endangerment; four counts misdemeanor resisting arrest; and one count misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
