A Clermont man was arrested earlier this week after authorities said he sexually assaulted a teenage girl multiple times.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Joseph Tyler Delaney, age 24, was arrested on Tuesday, May 19, after an investigation that started in October 2025.
“The victim disclosed details of the incidents to a relative,” the sheriff’s office said. “Delaney committed the crimes between Nov. 2024 and Sept. 2025. The sexual assaults occurred at Delaney’s residence in Clermont and at a residence in Gainesville.”
