Massimo’s Italian Bakery in Mechanicsburg is under new ownership with plans to transform the business.
Alessia and Walter Gambino, who took over the bakery at 612 E. Simpson St. from Filippo Rubino in April, will open Il Panino in mid-July.
Massimo’s will remain open through early July and then close for two weeks for renovations…
