Midstate real estate broker sues Pennsylvania

(WHTM)– A Midstate real estate broker is suing Pennsylvania over what he said is an expensive and outdated law.

Lemoyne resident Kevin Gaughen said he spends tens of thousands of dollars annually on a physical real estate office that he never uses, as he meets clients at properties and works from home.

Pennsylvania state law requires the office. Now, Gaughen is working to overturn that law.
