A fast-casual Mexican chain has shuttered its first Lehigh Valley restaurant at Schoenersville Centre after 14 years in operation.
Moe’s Southwest Grill, 3211 Schoenersville Road, ended operations earlier this month. Leasing signs have since gone up for the 2,962-square-foot space by The James Balliet Property Group, the leasing agent for the Bethlehem, Lehigh County shopping center.
Moe’s initially opened its first location at the strip mall in 2012. More Moe’s locations then followed in Whitehall Township, Palmer Township, and Wind Creek Bethlehem in early 2025 launched another site at its food court.
