BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Judge Elisabeth French, the Presiding Judge in Jefferson County, appointed retired Probate Judge Sherri Friday to serve temporarily as Special Probate Judge of Place 1.
The order shared with WBRC 6 News by sources was filed on May 21, it reads, “This temporary assignment is necessary for the orderly administration of justice.”
