LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A group of students who faced significant challenges that kept them from finishing high school graduated on Thursday at Bates Memorial Baptist Church.
With the familiar pomp and circumstance of graduation ceremonies, Adrian Hatcher crossed the stage alongside 25 other students in the YouthBuild Louisville program. The graduates earned either a GED or a high school diploma through Penn Foster.
