PORTLAND, Oregon — A Woodstock couple said years of work in their garden was disrupted when a woman allegedly entered their yard and cut flowers from their plants earlier this week.
Wayne Jiang said the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on May 20. A neighbor texted the family to report someone taking flowers from their yard.
“She is parked right here with her BMW, and she was cutting our peony right here,” Jiang said, pointing to the area where the incident happened. “She had her dog there with three big laundry baskets of flowers.”…
