PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer, and the Rose City is celebrating the occasion.

PSU opens first dog park in downtown Portland

On the first night of the Portland Rose Festival’s CityFair, attendees will see a ribbon-cutting, live musical performances, carnival rides and more. The night will wrap up with a fireworks display around 10 p.m.
