HARRISBURG, Pa. — Rain may be in the forecast, but that is not stopping artists and organizers from preparing for one of Harrisburg’s biggest holiday weekend traditions.
More than 170 artisans spent Friday transforming Riverfront Park into a sprawling outdoor gallery ahead of Artsfest, which runs Saturday through Memorial Day. While the possibility of wet weather has added extra work for exhibitors, many say it comes with the territory.
