Suspect indicted on murder, aggravated robbery, and firearms charges

SAN ANTONIO – A Bexar County grand jury has indicted Jesse Gomez on a murder charge and a separate charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon in connection with the shooting death of Bobby Yanez.

The indictment, filed by the Bexar County District Clerk, lists the offenses as murder, a first-degree felony, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third-degree felony, with a repeat offender enhancement.
