NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A driver who sped into an active crash investigation on Interstate 24 overnight struck multiple vehicles, including a police car, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Around midnight Sunday, officers were reportedly investigating a crash on I-24 near the Haywood Lane and Harding Place exits when a separate vehicle drove through the scene at a high speed.
The vehicle reportedly struck a civilian vehicle, an unoccupied police car, and another civilian vehicle before stopping in the center of the interstate.
