HAZELTON TWP., Pa. – A Berks County man was struck and killed on Interstate 81 Friday while tending to his disabled tractor trailer on the shoulder.
According to a release from Pennsylvania State Police, 58‑year‑old Jesus Montell‑Rincon, of Clayton, was outside his tractor trailer near mile marker 140.3 northbound, standing between the cab and the roadway.
