One of LaMar’s Donuts’ two Fort Collins locations appears to have quietly closed, leaving customers with few answers about what led to the shutdown.
The doors at 140 Boardwalk Drive, Unit K, were closed and the lights were off when a Coloradoan reporter visited Aug. 17. No notices were posted, and neither the company’s website nor its social media accounts mention the location’s apparent closure.
Founded in Kansas City in 1933, LaMar’s Donuts is a regional chain known for its donuts, donut holes and coffee, with locations in five states, including Colorado.
