A northeast Iowa man accused of killing his wife remains held without bond in Colorado. 37-year-old Brandon Kasemeier has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his estranged wife, Jami Kasemeier, in Waukon last weekend. Jamie Kasemeier was found deceased Monday morning by the Waukon Police Department when they conducted a welfare check. Her death was initially labeled as “suspicious in nature,” but is now considered a homicide.
