HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (CBS12) — Police say both parents are in custody after a 7-week-old Florida baby suffered fatal head trauma while her parents were playing Call of Duty.
20-year-old Gracie Jai Tellez and 22-year-old Robert Lee Ingra are each facing charges of aggravated manslaughter of a child and child neglect causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement, according to the Hollywood Police Department.
