FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A jury on Thursday found Shannon Ryan, a 44-year-old self-proclaimed witch doctor, guilty of the murder of a 21-year-old mother who vanished while visiting Broward County in 2020.
Leila Cavett traveled with her 2-year-old son, Kamdyn, from Georgia to South Florida on July 25, 2020, and she was last seen on July 26, 2020, at a RaceTrac gas station in Hollywood, according to the FBI.
