PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (WWSB) – A man convicted of killing a Punta Gorda man in 2023 has been sentenced to life in prison, the state attorney’s office said Monday.
In addition to the life sentence second-degree murder, Janari Richardson also received a 40-year sentence for robbery with a firearm.
The case will be reviewed after Richardson has served 20 years because he was a juvenile at the time of the crime, prosecutors said…
