Naples road rage crash with $5K in damage ends in driver’s arrest on multiple charges

NAPLES, Fla. — A Fort Myers man was arrested after Naples police said a minor traffic crash escalated into a road rage incident that left another driver fearing for his life Thursday morning.

According to the Naples Police Department, officers with the department’s Traffic Unit responded around 6:27 a.m. to investigate a crash involving a Toyota Tundra driven by David Shelton and a sedan driven by another person.
