Tackett’s historic run continues with 4th straight PBA World Championship

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WANE) – Northeast Indiana native E.J. Tackett continues to roll through the history books in the PBA Tour.

The Huntington native and Ossian resident won his fourth consecutive PBA World Championship on Saturday at Bowlero Brooklyn Park. Tackett topped Zach Wilkins 188-181 in the championship game.

Tackett is the first pro bowler to win the same major title in four consecutive years in the PBA Tour. This is also Tackett’s fifth PBA World Championship overall, along with his eighth major title in his PBA Tour career…
