FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A semi-truck blocked all southbound lanes of I-469 after it flipped onto its side.
At around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, police and medics were called to the 5-milemarker of I-469 on reports of a downed semi-truck. Just before 4:45 p.m., a public safety alert was sent out warning drivers to avoid the area.
The Indiana Department of Transportation Trafficwise cameras show the semi rolled onto its side, its trailer blocking all traffic heading south.
Fort Wayne Dispatch said that the road would be blocked for the next several hours. One lane has since been reopened…
