OWEN COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) – A grassroots movement that started along rural Indiana roads is now calling on Americans across the country to take action against AI-powered surveillance cameras.
Chad VanRyn, treasurer of the Libertarian Party of Owen County, and Perry Shepard, former chairman of the Libertarian Party of Greene County, have organized a nationwide “Block Flock” protest for Saturday, Aug. 15, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The campaign asks peaceful, law-abiding citizens to physically stand in front of Flock Safety cameras — holding signs to block the cameras’ view — as a form of nondestructive protest…
