FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Fort Wayne fire crews responded to a home in northwest Fort Wayne that caught fire Sunday morning.
Around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, the Fort Wayne Fire Department responded to the 2400 block of Bellflower Lane for reports of a house on fire. Engine 7 arrived on scene within two minutes and began to attack the fire that began in the attic of the home’s garage, according to FWFD.
FWFD told WANE 15 that neighbors called in the fire, and they entered the home to wake the family of three inside; everyone evacuated before first responders arrived on scene. No people or pets were injured.
