NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WPTA) – The Allen County America 250th Committee and the Mary Penrose Wayne DAR Chapter recognized the Besancon Franco-American Community during a Pomeroy Foundation Hometown Heritage Marker Dedication on Sunday.
The dedication took place in the morning at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church.
