FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – Yet again, severe weather is possible across 21Country tonight. A Level 3 of 5 (Enhanced) risk for severe weather includes LaGrange, Steuben, Williams, DeKalb, and Noble Counties. The main concern will be gusty winds, but all hazards are on the table including an isolated tornado.
Timing wise, models are starting to agree on storms arriving closer to midnight and overnight into Wednesday morning. At the latest, models are pushing storms to about 3am. I would make sure to have weather alert sounds on your phone in case of a Severe Thunderstorm Warning or Tornado Warning overnight while you are asleep…
