RICHLAND HILLS, Texas – The Richland Hills Police Department arrested a Dallas woman Saturday afternoon after receiving reports of an armed driver weaving through traffic on State Highway 121.
Police said officers responded around 1:34 p.m. May 23 after a passerby reported a black female driver traveling southbound on Highway 121 at a high rate of speed while allegedly waving a handgun.
