A crash shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate Highway 238 connecting to southbound Interstate Highway 880 in San Leandro early Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP’s Hayward-area office said around 5:15 a.m. that the affected lanes are expected to reopen around 11 a.m. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
