FREMONT, Calif. – Fremont police on Monday revealed more details about a fatal shooting at an apartment in the middle of the day: Two armed teens allegedly broke into a home and one of them ended up killed during a struggle with a person who lived there.

Police said in a news release that the teens, armed with guns, allegedly broke into an apartment on Friday about 12:15 p.m. on San Pedro Drive.
The teens then allegedly assaulted the occupants of the apartment, police said.
There was a struggle, and one of the occupants grabbed the teen’s gun and fired it, hitting the teen, police said.…
