SUNNYVALE — A Sunnyvale office building that’s leased to an expanding artificial intelligence company has been bought for well over $200 million in the latest example of AI’s impact on the South Bay.
An office building at 100 Altair Way in downtown Sunnyvale has been bought for $219 million by an affiliate led by Drawbridge Realty, documents filed on Oct. 2 with the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office.
The workplace hub totals 180,400 square feet and is fully leased to Databricks, an artificial intelligence and data company that has completed multiple lease deals in downtown Sunnyvale, where it now occupies 635,000 square feet of commercial space — enough to accommodate 2,500 to 3,200 workers…
