FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A suspect in a deadly June hit-and-run has turned himself in, police announced Monday.
Officers identified the suspect as Santana Valdez.
According to police, he was driving on Ventura Avenue west of F Street on June 25, around 9 p.m., when he struck and killed 41-year-old Alina Ortega of Fresno.
