CLOVIS, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A man is hospitalized and a suspect is wanted following a shooting in Clovis on Thursday night, the Clovis Police Department said.
Officers say they responded at around 10:13 p.m. to the area of Willow and National Avenues for a gunshot wound.
Upon arrival, police say they located a man who had been shot in the leg. The man was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
Officers say the suspect drove away in a vehicle after the shooting.
As of Thursday night, there is no information regarding the possible identity of the suspect or what led to the shooting.
This is an ongoing investigation.
