HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. — The southbound lane of Interstate 75 is back open after a single-vehicle crash Wednesday morning caused multiple injuries, according to Alachua County sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies and paramedics responded a little after 7:30 a.m. to the High Springs exit near mile marker 404.
