GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Andrea Yvonne Powers, 41, was arrested for allegedly throwing a knife at a 68-year-old victim, resulting in an eight-inch laceration.
The victim told a responding Gainesville Police Department officer that Powers had been staying at her residence for about three weeks, and although they are not related, she sees Powers as “like family.”…
