A nearly 15-acre horse farm in Summerfield was just sold for over $1 million, joining several other high-ticket equestrian real estate transactions in Marion County this year.

Joao and Nicole Giannasi sold the property, known as JG Ranch, to the Hannah Gordon Supplemental Needs Trust and Rebecca Gordon on Tuesday, July 14, for the $1,031,500. A deed of sale for the transaction was recorded by the Marion County Clerk of Courts on Wednesday, July 15.

Located at 5665 SE 140th Street, the 14.72-acre ranch features a 1,564-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that was built in 2004.
