GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man accused of attacking another man with a box cutter and siccing his dog on him.
According to the arrest report for Napoleon Filer, 64, of Gainesville, the victim was riding a bicycle in front of Filer’s home on Southwest 61st Street on Sunday evening when Filer confronted him.
