Release from Alachua County Sheriff’s Office
HAWTHORNE, Fla. – In the late afternoon of Monday, August 24, multiple Alachua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report that a person was shot in the 6000 block of SE 225th Street.
Once on scene, deputies located an adult male suffering a single gunshot wound. Deputies provided immediate medical aid, prior to the arrival of emergency medical personnel.
