GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – As the world continues to mourn the death of country music star, entrepreneur and philanthropist Dolly Parton, a University of Florida associate professor shared about her life and impact on the music industry.
Parton died Tuesday at the age of 80, surrounded by loved ones at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville, following a brief battle with cancer.
