GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Flock cameras helped Alachua County deputies arrest a woman accused of refusing to return her brother’s car to him.
21-year-old Jaliyah Singletary was allowed to have the car for five days. When she didn’t return it, her brother pursued charges.
