Firefighters from the Wright-Tallmadge Fire Department (WTFD) are thankful one family remembered their advice Monday night.
According to the report by WTFD, a home in Marne caught fire Tuesday morning. First responders were met with heavy fire conditions, but the family inside was able to make it out because the doors to the bedrooms were closed when the fire started.
