CALEDONIA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Two people were taken to the hospital after a house fire in Caledonia Township overnight, dispatchers say.
The fire broke out around 11:50 p.m. Sunday on Channel Drive SE, near the intersection of McCords Avenue SE and 68th Street SE.
Dispatchers told News 8 that Aero Med was called to assist but couldn’t fly because of the weather, so the two were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Dispatchers did not specify how serious their injuries were.
Firefighters from several local departments responded to the scene. They’re still investigating what caused the fire…
