Fire chief: Buck Creek too low to prompt nursing home evacuation

GRANDVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Heavy rains had some in Grandville concerned Wednesday about flooding near a nursing home and possibility of needing to evacuate patients.

Water levels on Buck Creek later started receding and the fire chief sad evacuations of Intersect Healthcare on Wilson Avenue were not anticipated in the near future.
