GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Two Consumers Energy in-person bill payment centers are closing in West Michigan, the utility company announced Monday morning.
Consumers Energy said its bill payment centers in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo will close at the end of June due to a reduction in customer traffic. The utility company says the bill payment centers will close, but all other operations at the locations will continue.
