APPLETON — An Appleton e-bike rider was stopped for speeding recently and arrested for OWI. Appleton is among a growing number of communities cracking down on reckless e-bike riders.
Kaukauna also is one of the Fox Valley communities that has recently updated its e-bike ordinance.
